Job Description

We’re seeking a sharp, outcomes-driven People & Culture Project Manager to help deliver critical people transformation initiatives that will shape the future of our media business. This role sits within the Transformation Office and partners closely with senior People & Culture leaders, workstream leads, and the Executive team to ensure seamless execution of strategic people programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end project plans for key people transformation initiatives, driving delivery against agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Map and manage interdependencies across transformation workstreams and the broader P&C strategy to ensure alignment and sequencing.
  • Track risks, issues, and milestones, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of blockers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Transformation Office roles and P&C leads to optimise resource allocation and delivery efficiency.

Support governance and reporting, providing updates on progress, risk mitigation, and decision-making needs to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing complex HR/P&C transformation projects in large, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong capability in project planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work at pace, navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, change delivery, or people strategy execution is a plus.
