About The Role

We are building the future of AI application development. AI Studio empowers teams to rapidly design, deploy, and scale AI-powered applications across any cloud or on-prem environment. From model fine-tuning to production-grade deployments, AI Studio serves as the foundation for enterprise AI innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who combines deep technical understanding of AI platforms with strong go-to-market execution skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments — partnering with engineering, product marketing, and sales — and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make an impact at every stage of the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Platform Ownership
• Lead the development and scaling of key AI Studio platform features powering multiple AI products
• Translate complex technical needs (inference, fine-tuning, orchestration, MLOps) into clear product strategies and prioritized roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, developer-friendly APIs, services, dashboards, and management tools
• Go-to-Market Leadership:
• Own the GTM strategy for platform features: partner with product marketing to craft positioning, messaging, and launch materials
• Enable sales and customer success teams by providing technical training, insights, and collateral
• Deliver occasional customer demos of platform capabilities — confidently communicating technical value to diverse audiences
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless execution
• Customer & Market Insight:
• Conduct discovery with technical users and buyers (ML engineers, platform architects, CTOs) to deeply understand pain points and opportunities
• Synthesize insights across customer conversations, market trends, and internal feedback to inform the platform roadmap
  

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML platforms, MLOps tools, or developer infrastructure
• Proven experience managing a platform supporting multiple AI-powered products at scale
• Strong working knowledge of MLOps workflows, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization best practices
• Comfortable navigating highly technical discussions with engineers, ML teams, and technical buyers
• Demonstrated ability to lead go-to-market activities: launch planning, enablement, messaging alignment, and customer-facing demos
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills — able to influence without authority and drive outcomes across teams
• A "builder’s mindset" — willing to step outside formal responsibilities to move the mission forward
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with open-source AI/ML ecosystems (MLflow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid on-prem/cloud AI deployment architectures
• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
• Previous experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
