Who We Are + What We Do
Aditi Consulting is a global technology consultancy that connects world-class talent with cutting-edge projects to help our clients accelerate their digital journey. From the U.S. to India and Latin America, our borderless teams deliver game-changing solutions in software engineering, data, cloud, and AI. Our success is powered by people who thrive on collaboration, continuous improvement, and an ownership mindset.
Why This Role Matters
As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you will act as a servant leader for distributed Agile teams, partnering closely with clients while ensuring operational excellence and profitable delivery. You will remove impediments, coach on Agile best practices, and keep revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction on target—all while spotting new opportunities to grow Aditi’s footprint.
What You’ll Do
Delivery & Team Leadership
- Guide squads in the early identification and removal of blockers; escalate strategically when needed.
- Coach teams—and client Product Owners—on Agile values, principles, and frameworks (Scrum / Kanban).
- Foster a culture of trust, openness, and safe experimentation that drives quality outcomes.
- Own communication and reporting: metrics dashboards, status updates with KPIs, risks & dependencies.
Operations & Account Growth
- Stand up new teams with Tech Leads: requisition talent, onboard, and align to engagement goals.
- Maintain weekly financial forecasts; hit revenue and margin targets, billing accurately each month.
- Manage P&L levers — capacity planning, bonus budgets, travel, equipment, contract renewals.
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and lead corrective actions.
- Surface expansion opportunities and support proposal creation to convert them into new projects.
