• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in chatbot development, management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with chatbot platforms and NLP/conversational AI tools.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and conversational design.
• A data-driven approach to performance improvement and roadmap prioritization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and a knack for managing backlogs and leading sprints.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a critical eye for innovation and continuous improvement.
