🔧 Your Responsibilities:

✅ Design and build data solutions that power our autonomous systems.

✅ Lead the development of scalable data pipelines for ingesting, storing, analyzing, and serving data from robot fleets – including images, videos, metrics, and timing data.

✅ Design efficient schemas for storage and retrieval of large-scale robot data.

✅ Manage CI/CD of data pipelines across test and production environments.

✅ Monitor and optimize cloud storage costs. ☁️💸

✅ Support and develop our data product.

✅ Lead and mentor our data analyst.

✅ Help build a data-driven culture across the company.

✅ Enable the team to make smart, informed decisions with great data & reporting. 📈

🎯 What We Expect From You:

🔹 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or similar.

🔹 Solid background as a software engineer.

🔹 Experience with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Redash, or similar.

🔹 Strong Python skills. 🐍

🔹 Proficient with SQL for data analysis and queries.

🔹 Hands-on experience building data testing pipelines.

🔹 Deep knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS).

🔹 Ability to deliver features on time in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Strong product thinking and sense of ownership.

🔹 Excellent communication in English (spoken & written).

🔹 A positive, honest, and proactive attitude.

🔹 Proven leadership skills.

💡 Nice to have:

🔸 Experience with machine learning, DevOps, cybersecurity, or ML infrastructure.

🔸 A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
