Title: Agile Coach/ Scrum Manager 
Location: Dublin (1 week onsite; 3 weeks remote) 
Contract: 12 Months 
Salary: €500 - €525 per day 


Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure they are meaningful, engaging, and outcome-driven
  • Coach teams in agile values, principles, and practices; identify growth opportunities and maturity gaps
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align work with customer and business value
  • Remove impediments, foster collaboration, and champion transparency across multiple teams
  • Track and communicate agile metrics and KPIs that drive performance and accountability
  • Mentor fellow Scrum Masters and contribute to a thriving Agile community of practice
Experience required: 
  • 10+ years of experience in agile environments with deep Scrum Master expertise
  • Scrum Master certification required; advanced or coaching certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards) and agile delivery metrics
  • A natural coach and servant leader who promotes psychological safety and continuous learning
  • Strong grasp of lean principles, agile scaling practices, and cross-team coordination
