Marketing Project Manager

Recruitment agency "Nextra Latvia" is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager for a finance-sector company. The company aims to provide quick, versatile loan and credit line solutions to retail customers across multiple countries.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Marketing Project Manager, Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar position, preferably in a finance sector company.
• Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and customer experience.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics at an advanced user level.
• Experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be considered an advantage.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Good communication skills, ability to plan your time, set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Higher education in marketing or a similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English – both verbal and written.

Key accountabilities:

• Guiding marketing and sales projects from idea to implementation.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders - colleagues, partners, agencies.
• “Listening” to the trends of the market and tailoring sales campaigns accordingly.
• Creating and managing a content calendar.
• Creating sales and CRM copies, cooperating with creative agencies, and copywriters.
• Helping the Country manager to shape the marketing strategy and cooperate with HUB marketing colleagues on new initiatives.
• Reporting monthly sales to partners (affiliates and brokers).
• Preparing internal reports for HUB.
• Analyzing results from all campaigns and proposing necessary adjustments to improve sales results, while managing costs.
• Participating actively in the company's PR and corporate affairs activities.
• Managing 360-degree campaigns with all involved parties (business case, legal, IT development, CMS management, advertisement mix).
• Focus on increasing brand awareness and consideration of the brand.
• Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
