Product Owner

wallee is a payment technology company that enables merchants to accept omnichannel payments - whether online in web shops, on mobile devices, unattended kiosks or in physical outlets with terminals. Our software engineers are working on a variety of projects ranging from big data systems to dedicated merchant integrations. We’re driven by constantly improving the customer experience and enhancing the customer journey to satisfy our customers and consumers. We’re using the latest technologies and tools.

wallee requires a team of experienced and versatile software engineers to achieve our mission of providing the best payment experience to customers on the market. We use Scrum processes to organize our teams in multiple countries. We build technology leading payment systems that require a high degree of robustness, scalability and security. As we’re disruptors of the payment market we’re constantly pushing our solutions into new areas.

We are looking for a Product Owner who knows exactly where they can make a difference in the complex landscape of payments. If you have the experience, passion, and clarity to own and improve one of our key domains—eCommerce, in-store payments, collecting—and if your enthusiasm sparks around any of these: PayFac, Android, customer portals, user experience, wallets, acquiring, plug-ins, reconciliation, onboarding, billing, or analytics—then we really want to hear your story.

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your chosen product area


• Work directly with customers, data, and internal teams to identify and solve critical pain points


• Balance short-term execution with long-term impact—you see the bigger picture


• Drive alignment, clarity, and momentum within the team


• Make sure that everything you build has a measurable impact on the business

• Has deep experience in at least one of the above areas and can confidently own a product domain


• Thinks beyond just features—you understand customer pain points and turn them into real solutions


• Can clearly articulate where and how you can contribute to wallee’s growth
