Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Hyand Lithuania. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth deployment and operation of software systems. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to enable a stable, secure, and automated development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support seamless integration and delivery across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth and secure deployment of large-scale software applications.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance in microservices-based architectures.
  • Configure and operate enterprise container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Support and maintain distributed systems with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.
  • Drive automation efforts to reduce manual work and improve system consistency.
  • Contribute to logging, monitoring, and alerting setups using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure visibility into system health.
  • Support compliance and security requirements in all stages of the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with international teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best DevOps practices and architecture decisions.


Must-have:

  • Proven experience in setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
  • Solid background in the deployment of large-scale software applications.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with enterprise container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Familiarity with high availability operations in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Basic knowledge in C# for integration with development teams.
  • Experience working in international agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance in DevOps pipelines.
