Training Specialist

Responsibilities

Job Description

Implement training initiatives for talent development and sales enhancement within the company;
Participate in the development of existing and new learning programs;
Provide support for local learning initiatives;
Carry out training programs for skill development and sales improvement within the company;
Monitor budget execution and report on departmental status to managers and your immediate supervisor to ensure consistent standards across the company;
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support;
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement;
Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations;
Collaborate with store managers, sales market managers, and relevant departments to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions;
Collect feedback from employees and managers to continuously improve training content and methods.

Requirements

University degree; preferably in adult learning, human resources management, organizational development, or psychology;
Work experience in a customer-focused or commercial environment; good understanding of business processes, client interactions, and the competencies needed to succeed in a sales-driven organization;
Successful track record in developing and implementing learning concepts and programs;
Experience in delivering and facilitating training sessions;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English;
Good communication and cooperation skills;
Ability to energize and inspire people.

Salary

2900-3300 €/mon. gross
