Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex integration projects for one of our major clients in the banking industry. The company has a strong presence in the Portuguese market and is focused on streamlining operations and modernizing its systems through seamless integration projects.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end integration projects, from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth and secure integration of banking systems.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they align with the client’s banking processes and objectives.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly to avoid disruptions in critical banking operations.

• Ensure that integration projects comply with financial industry standards and regulations, including data security and compliance requirements.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and key milestones.

What you are like:

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on integration projects within the banking sector.

• Strong understanding of banking systems, APIs, and integration methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects in parallel.

• Deep knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and security standards.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
