Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Are you ready to dive deep into the world of Business Intelligence? We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist for the Telepizza brand, reporting to the General Manager in Portugal and Corporate Business Intelligence Manager. The workplace will be based in Almada.

Your mission role will be:

Supporting decision-making processes through detailed and accurate data analysis, focusing on generating reports and dashboards that highlight critical information and market trends. Following best practices in data organization and compliance, with the aim of identifying business opportunities and facilitating informed strategic decisions for the growth and effectiveness of the company.

Your main responsabilities:

• Support decision-making based on data analysis.
• Create reports that provide clear and accurate information to the marketing and operations departments.
• Analyze customer trends and identify business opportunities.
• Elaborate data dashboards to visually represent key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and market trends to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data policies and regulations

We’re looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas, such as marketing and sales analysis in the Retail and Restaurant sector.
• Preferably, a bachelor's degree in Economics, Analytics, and/or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Microstrategy and Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowlege at SQL.
