At iconnect, we don't just do projects. We partner with clients to transform how they work, lead, and grow. We’re on the hunt for a Business & Technology Transformation Consultant who’s as comfortable in a strategy session as they are in a system design review. Bonus points if you’ve ever used a whiteboard and Post-its to win a debate.

What you'll do

• Design and drive digital and business transformation projects that make real impact. Think less fluff, more flow.
• Translate strategy into action, chaos into clarity, and ideas into results.
• Work closely with CIOs, CFOs and their teams to deliver real change. Not just fancy slide decks.
• Analyze business processes, challenge assumptions, and spot automation or efficiency opportunities faster than you can say “workflow optimization.”
• Champion the people side of change, making sure tech doesn’t leave humans behind.
• Collaborate with smart, driven teammates who value curiosity, ownership and the occasional Friday donut debate.

What we’re looking for

• You speak fluent Business and Tech and can translate between the two.
• You’ve led or supported change programs, tech rollouts or process redesigns. Ideally across finance, IT or operations.
• You’re comfortable with modern business and data tools — whether it’s analytics (like Power BI or Tableau), automation (like Power Automate or UiPath), enterprise platforms (like SAP or Salesforce), or performance management tools (like OneStream, Anaplan, or Tagetik). And if you don’t know it yet, you’re confident you’ll pick it up fast.You're not afraid of asking “Why?” five times in a row.
• You can hold your own in a boardroom and a team trivia night.
• You thrive on variety, ambiguity and client challenges that don’t come with easy answers.
