Supply Chain Project Manager

Our client's products reach over 10 million patients worldwide, that is why we are supporting them in looking for a Supply chain project manager to support a rich team in Breda to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, assuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Initial contract of 6 months (as external contractor) - Possibility to be renewed
• Open for 40h or 32h a week
• hourly payrate: from 33,36EUR to 35,12EUR

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure team members understand their roles.

• Monitor and track project progress.

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Report on project performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in supply chain, product launch management, demand planning, or transformation project management.

• Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (SAP, Rapid Response, Anaplan, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written communication

• Experience in working in an international environment

• Experience in multi-disciplinary projects & change management
