What You'll Be Doing:

• Build, test, and deliver top-notch software while following best practices and coding standards.
• Document your work and share technical insights with your teammates.
• Review code and help maintain a clean, high-quality codebase.
• Spot risks and blockers early in the development process.
• Work in an agile team with short iterations and regular releases.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
• Partner with the Tech Lead to align roadmap goals and keep stakeholders in the loop.
• Own your solutions end-to-end—from dev to deploy, and beyond.

Who You'll Work With:

You’ll collaborate closely with a talented development team, and stay in sync with teams managing other parts of our product ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on Java experience in enterprise environments
• Solid grasp of OOP and clean coding principles
• Strong Spring ecosystem knowledge (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, Data)
• Skilled in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• API design experience with a focus on usability and clarity
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Good understanding of AWS (VPC, EC2, ECS, SG, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus
• Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Always thinking about performance and scalability
