Fullstack Developers - Build the Future of Product Development with Data & AI

In our team, we combine data, software, and AI to accelerate product development. We build smart tools and internal applications that support engineers, designers, analysts, and decision-makers, and we’re now looking for two full-stack developers to join us:

• One with a couple of years’ experience, who’s eager to learn and grow.
• One with deeper hands-on experience (about 5+ years), who values impact over prestige and is motivated by solving real problems with technology.
  
  
  

You’ll join a cross-functional team where developers, data scientists, engineers, and analysts work side by side. Together, we shape how Scania and the TRATON Group use AI and data to make better, faster decisions in product development.

What You Will Do

• Build internal tools that make the product development process smoother — from early design to validation — using tools like TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
• Work closely with colleagues from different domains to turn ideas, data, and ML models into working software.
• Explore how large language models (LLMs) and AI agents can support engineers in their daily work.
• Help shape how AI-powered development tools are introduced and adopted across the organization.
• Contribute to a kind, collaborative team culture where feedback and learning are part of everyday.

• Enjoy building tools that are both useful and used.
• Have experience with full-stack development (we use Python, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and AWS).
• Are curious about AI — and want to see it applied in real, complex environments.

For the More Junior Role (around 2 years’ experience):

• You’re looking for a place to grow, with support from experienced teammates.
• You’ve built and shipped some real-world software to production and want to deepen your skills.

For the More Senior Role (around 5+ years’ experience):

• You’ve been hands-on in taking ideas to production, in a team setting.
• You’re motivated by real impact and meaningful collaboration — not just climbing the next step on the ladder.
• You care about the craft, but also about how tech fits into the bigger picture.
  
  
  

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Experience working with machine learning models or LLM-powered tools.
• Familiarity with semantic search, vector databases or Langchain.
• Interest in developer tooling, data platforms, or system design.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Docker or Kubernetes.
