About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Business Enablement team, providing administrative support to multiple projects. As a central figure in our projects, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.


Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive administrative support to assigned projects.
  • Assist project teams by managing timelines, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining calendars.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, facilitating daily interactions.
  • Maintain and update project data in our CRM system.
  • Prepare for meetings, including creating presentations and organising materials.
  • Coordinate assessments and provide support throughout the process.
  • Perform various tasks such as sales monitoring, data compilation, and managing digital tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience working in a high-performance environment in a role as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
  • Good communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g., PPT, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and effective prioritisation.
