Position Overview

We’re looking for an expert with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of HR-related topics and SAP environments. You will play a key role in supporting the company through significant transformations and the implementation of new solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing HR IT projects within the SAP environment.
• Overseeing and leading the implementation of new solutions.
• Supervising process improvements such as the installation of new modules, data migration, etc.
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams across departments.
• Providing regular project status and progress reports to the board and senior management.
  
  

Our Expectations

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects in the HR domain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM (experience with SAP SF is a plus).
• Fluency in either German or English (minimum B2); the second language must be at least communicative, or you must have a solid foundation to quickly achieve fluency.
• University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Project Management, or related fields).
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups, including HR, IT, and external partners.
