Job Description

Business Analyst – Corporate Innovation & AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Business Analyst to support our Corporate Innovation & AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage data science, machine learning, and automation to optimize business processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance decision-making. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge business needs with innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • AI & Automation: Develop and implement AI-driven models for predictive analytics, NLP, and optimization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Use data science methodologies to streamline supply chain, logistics, and retail processes, reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: Support the adoption of AI technologies, automation tools, and digital workflows across the organization.
  • Business Reporting & Dashboards: Create Power BI dashboards for real-time business tracking and visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to define requirements and develop AI-powered solutions.
  • Project Execution: Support corporate AI and innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in business analytics, AI/ML applications, or data science roles, preferably in retail, supply chain, or corporate innovation environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib, Keras), SQL, and Power BI.
    • Experience in Machine Learning (Classification, Regression, Clustering, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning).
    • Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, and automation tools for process efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and solve operational challenges using AI-driven solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, or corporate innovation.
  • Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and Warehouse Automation.
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or Business Analytics are a plus
