Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical New Product Introduction (NPI)?

About the Role:

As Project Manager II, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of 10+ complex NPI projects, from CMO onboarding and Health Canada submissions to production and commercial launch. This is a highly visible role with direct ownership of timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across departments like Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary liaison with global CMO partners
• Support portfolio performance tracking, pipeline reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion change and process optimization across the PMO using tools like Smartsheet and SAP
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values initiative and impact

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical NPI (sterile injectables or generics preferred)
• PMP Certification (required)
• Proven success managing complex projects in cross-functional, multicultural teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, and related tools
