What You Will Be Working On

  • Coordinate and track multiple projects across the various teams, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the industry development and technology team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, statuses, and reports, serving as the primary source of project information for the teams.
  • Organise and lead regular cadence meetings to keep senior leadership updated on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Identify and help overcome blockers in project execution, proactively proposing solutions and facilitating decision-making processes.
  • Implement and manage project management tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and transparency.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on tracking and managing short-term projects.
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration between diverse teams, particularly business development and technology teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand and summarise complex technical concepts for reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project blockers.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business implications is a plus.
  • Adaptability and comfort with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
