Additional Details

Technical Skills

Data Ingestion: Experience with 278, FHIR, and flat files.
Programming Language: Strong proficiency in GoLang.
Data Processing: Ability to process data into JSON structure.
Front-End Development: Angular (version 10 or higher) for production support, focusing on logging, eventing, and retriggering.
Database and Messaging: Experience with MongoDB and Kafka.
Unit Testing: Strong skills in setting up and debugging test cases.

Experience

GoLang: 3-5 years of experience.
Healthcare Background: Preferred, especially with 278 transactions.
Implementation Teams: Ability to work with teams that have hard deadlines.
Agile Methodology: Not required.

Personality Traits

Proactive: Someone who asks for more work when done and drives to help others.
Communication: Strong communication skills are essential.

Nice to Have

EDI x12: Experience with EDI x12 transactions.

Interview Process

Technical Interview: Two parts - first focusing on personality and communication, second on coding skills.
Test Cases and Debugging: Evaluation of how candidates set up their test cases and debug their code.

Work Structure

Reporting: Manager and technical lead will report directly to the manager, with the lead helping day-to-day.
Working Hours: Central timezone hours.
