Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for our platform.

You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to create robust APIs, microservices, and data processing solutions using Go (Golang). We invite you to apply and become a vital part of our innovative team.

Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go
  • Lead a team of backend engineers by coordinating requirements implementation and task delegation
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Work with architects and DevOps teams to design cloud-native solutions
  • Implement and manage database integrations with both SQL and NoSQL
  • Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures
  • Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and security best practices
  • Define and validate the team’s code to ensure cleanliness, maintainability, and documentation
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as necessary


Requirements


  • 5+ years of backend development experience with a minimum of 3 years using Go
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker
  • Proficiency in database technologies including PostgreSQL and NoSQL
  • Hands-on experience with message queues and event-driven architectures


Nice to have


  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools for backend services
  • Understanding of performance optimization and caching strategies
  • Capability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a learning culture
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
