Lead Go Language Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Go and Python
• Implement containerization solutions using Docker
• Manage deployments and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Create automation scripts using Bash
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong experience in the Go programming language
• Leadership experience in software development projects
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker
• Understanding of Kubernetes for deployment and scaling
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash
• Strong problem-solving skills
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B2+)

• Willingness to work with codebases in .NET and Java
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Experience in agile development methodologies
