Our client is a US multinational telemedicine and virtual healthcare company headquartered in the United States. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to take charge of solution-led, short-term projects who will be hands-on, balancing multiple responsibilities, and driving client value from day one.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 3+ years as a Project Coordinator in technology services, consulting, or similarly dynamic environments
• Familiar with DevOps principles and practices
• Skilled in client engagement with a consulting-style approach, structured thinking, and executive-level communication
• Successful in leading short, intensive projects, including early-stage solution delivery, MVPs, or proof-of-value initiatives
• Knowledgeable in technical scope, enabling effective conversations with engineering teams
• Adaptable in ambiguous environments and confident in making informed decisions amid changing circumstances
• Certified in cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure (will be a significant plus)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Perform end-to-end project management: oversee delivery of 4–8 week engagements, from kickoff through completion, with a focus on tangible business results
• Establish trust and act as the primary delivery contact; maintain clear, consistent communication
• Work with clients to understand their problems, shape viable solutions, and manage their implementation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and domain experts to deliver seamless execution
• Ensure rapid onboarding: quickly absorb new client contexts, industries, and technologies and apply insights effectively
• Spot and communicate opportunities for deeper collaboration with clients
• Perform lean execution: operate with agility and efficiency, always focused on value delivery
