Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for fraud detection platform, with particular focus on scalability, reliability, and performance at enterprise level.
• Technical Product Leadership: Drive architectural decisions alongside engineering teams, ensuring the platform can handle high-volume financial transactions, real-time data processing, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Navigate complex requirements from multiple stakeholders including compliance, security, business units, and external financial partners while managing associated risks.
• Scale & Performance Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to platform scalability, working closely with engineering to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Financial Domain Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of financial systems and market dynamics to make informed product decisions that drive business value.
• Data Architecture & Analytics: Define data models and analytics requirements that support high-throughput financial operations while maintaining data integrity and security.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering platform products that handle significant scale
• Experience with risk, analytics and security protocols is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to make technical trade-offs and prioritize platform initiatives in a high-stakes environment
• Strong system design knowledge and ability to participate in technical discussions about architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and technical communication, with ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
