Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to join the team building Airtel Xstream Play and IPTV Search Platform – the core of our content discovery and engagement experience.

As an APM, you will work on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of AI/ML, personalization, and user experience, helping millions of users find what they love to watch. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, drive execution, and measure impact.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in AI-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product roadmap and execution for the Search and Discovery experiences on Airtel Xstream Play and IPTV platforms.
• Work closely with AI/ML, engineering, and design teams to develop intelligent, personalized search and recommendation features.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions.
• Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
• Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to align on growth and engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of product management or closely related experience in a tech or consumer product environment.
• A passion for solving user problems with technology and a curiosity to dig deep into data.
• Strong understanding or interest in AI/ML-driven products and how data powers personalization.
• Experience working with analytics tools and SQL to extract and analyze data.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience in video OTT, IPTV, or content discovery domains.
