Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Conduct research and analysis to improve the performance of existing algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software engineers.
Utilize large datasets to train and validate models ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Deploy machine learning models in production environments and monitor their performance.
Explore and implement advanced machine learning techniques to enhance model capabilities.
Optimize algorithms for efficiency and speed to meet business objectives.
Document code, processes, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in machine learning.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging machine learning applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Create comprehensive reports detailing analysis and model performances.
Train and mentor team members on machine learning methodologies.
Engage in agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their data needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
Hands-on experience in data preparation, and feature selection.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
