arc investors is seeking a Venture Capital Investment Intern to join its team in Zurich, focusing on B2B technology investments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emerging enterprise technologies and eager to work closely with founders, helping them scale innovative solutions in technology fields such as B2B software-as-a-service, cybersecurity, enterprise analytics, and other technical domains.

• Identify, evaluate, and execute investments in early-stage enterprise technology companies


• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to assess potential investment opportunities


• Engage with founders, industry experts, and co-investors to develop strong deal flow and partnerships


• Support portfolio companies with strategic insights, business development, and growth initiatives


• Stay informed on emerging trends in B2B technology, particularly in cybersecurity, enterprise analytics, and related fields


• Develop and nurture network of investors and founders across relevant domains


• Support end-to-end investment processes and operations from first meeting to successful execution

• Experience in venture capital, private equity, a relevant startup / technology role, investment banking, or consulting


• Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience in investment evaluation, due diligence, and market research


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


• Experience combining business and technical expertise are a strong plus


• Experience in science, engineering, or technical fields is highly appreciated, particularly in areas like cybersecurity, enterprise software, or data analytics


• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus


• Candidates must have the right to work in Switzerland, visas are not sponsored at this time
