The Role:

We’re hiring our first marketing hire — a hands-on, creative, and driven Marketing Lead to take ownership of Cubewire’s marketing efforts from the ground up. You’ll be in charge of building our brand presence, creating content that tells our story, and engaging with the developer and enterprise community.

This role is perfect for a generalist with a passion for storytelling, community, and emerging technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute our content strategy: Create blogs, website copy, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Manage social media channels: Craft and schedule content, grow our following, and engage with our audience.
• Be our voice in the community: Attend events, meetups, and conferences; talk about what we’re building; bring energy and clarity to complex ideas.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers: Translate technical developments into compelling narratives.
• Run lightweight campaigns: Email newsletters, event promos, social pushes — anything to raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Track performance: Use tools like HubSpot, Buffer, or Notion to keep things organized and data-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong writing and communication skills — you love turning ideas into engaging stories.
• Experience managing content and/or social media for a product or brand.
• Confidence representing a brand publicly — in-person or online.
• Self-starter attitude — comfortable building with limited structure and wearing multiple hats.
• Some design sense (Canva is fine!) and familiarity with marketing tools.
• Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup, tech, or blockchain environment before.
