Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

7–8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET software design and development (NET CORE).

2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Python web development. (Nice to have)

Strong experience in ReactJS development.

AWS cloud development experience.

Experience with Microservices architecture and AWS Lambda (preferred but not required).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in designing and implementing efficient data structures and algorithms.

In-depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Working knowledge of NoSQL database engines, such as DynamoDB and Redis.

Soft Skills:

Proven ability to become a subject matter expert in assigned areas.

Self-motivated, creative, and confident with a “can-do” attitude.

Forward-thinking, passionate, and ethical individual with high integrity.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment and leverage the diverse strengths of team members.

Effective communication skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. You should be able to discuss technical and functional concepts in meetings and effectively present and defend solutions to both business users and developers.

Job responsibilities

Development:

Design and develop proprietary solutions for Financial Performance and Reporting.

Create, maintain, and enhance services, APIs, and applications to meet business requirements.

Apply scalable and distributed computing principles to build the next generation of services.

Quality and Standards:

Ensure software solutions are integrated, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

Develop unit, integration, functional, and performance tests to ensure code quality.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Share knowledge, experience, and ideas to improve team processes and productivity.

Act as a technical leader by proposing and defending architectural decisions with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers by offering guidance on best practices and coding standards.

Agile Practices:

Promote Agile methodologies to ensure efficient sprint delivery by helping define tasks and tracking their progress.
