We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the migration of a CI/CD toolchain to a centralized DevOps platform. This role involves managing a complex IT transformation project aimed at improving integration, security, and operational efficiency across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives with management and stakeholders; estimate efforts and costs; create a detailed project plan
- Develop and manage a roadmap for CI/CD migration, aligning with strategic goals and setting milestones
- Lead a cross-functional team including IT leaders, engineers, and release managers to deliver the project successfully
- Facilitate communication and consensus among stakeholders; gather feedback and keep all parties aligned
- Collaborate with IT leadership to bridge business and technical needs; monitor dependencies between teams
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with required quality; manage risks and comply with company standards (compliance, risk management)
- Monitor progress, conduct risk analysis, manage reporting, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT transformation projects in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMBOK, PRINCE2)
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, budget, and quality
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts
- Experience working with Agile methods
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in challenging requirements
