HR Specialist

Adecco Recruitment is hiring a HR generalist for a prestigious client.

Responsibilities:​

• Responsible for payroll processing and administrative management (absence management, contract management, vacation schedules, among others).​
• Employee Relations: Assist and support management in handling and resolving HR issues. Address employee concerns.​
• Act as a partner to company leadership, translating business needs into Human Resources initiatives.​
• Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of strategic HR policies aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values.​
• Promote a high-performance culture by implementing tools and processes for performance evaluation.​
• Coordinate training and development programs to ensure the continued growth of internal competencies.​
• Support managers in identifying opportunities for improvement and professional development of the team.​
• Collaborate in the recruitment of new talents, ensuring the efficient integration of employees into the organization.​
• Provide advice on labor legislation and internal policies.​
• Monitor organizational climate and promote initiatives to increase employee engagement and well-being.​
• Evaluate Human Resources indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive strategic decisions.​
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support management and improve HR processes.​
• Coordinate temporary workforce management.​
• Collaborate in the implementation of HR simplification and digitalization projects.

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.​
• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in Human Resources roles.​
• Familiarity with HR management and payroll software (SAP, Primavera, or others).​
• Strong knowledge of labor law.
