The Opportunity


In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all Purchase Orders related to Subcontractors and External partnerships, while actively supporting Workforce Management. You will align our efforts with the Global Business Division and HR Strategy, focusing on workforce baselines, skills evolution, and tactical action plans. Shape and develop a resilient workforce ready to tackle future challenges and achieve the strategic objectives of our Global Business Line. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​


  • Manage the lifecycle of Subcontractor/External staff, including purchase order, time sheet and invoice checking
  • Support other Workforce Managers for any administrative task and reporting requirements
  • Use workforce optimization software to improve efficiency and forecast staffing needs
  • Support on process streamlining and testing of new features
  • Ensure the appropriate sourcing mix for the opened positions
  • Anticipate and plan the future workforce capacity and capability requirements.
  • Produce and analyze the reporting needed to anticipate and track workforce needs and workforce evolution.
  • Report on workforce evolution and associated costs.
  • Pinpoint measures to enhance the workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess hiring needs based on business priorities.
  • Manage Workforce suppliers with regular governance, evolution tracking and escalation management.
  • Train hiring managers and resource managers on the use of workforce processes and tools.
  • Regular communication update on workforce guidelines and train hiring managers in regards with those evolutions (processes & tools).
  • Develop policies that guide workforce management positively and work with the community of Worldline workforce managers.
  • Ensure communication of these policies, procedures and compliance.
  • Assess the good understanding of these policies and procedures compliance.
  • Participate on initiatives /projects to ensure alignment between business needs and HR actions related to workforce staffing and composition.


Who Are We Looking For

  • Degree in related discipline (e.g., IT, Finance or economics)
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in workforce, supplier management or financial related activity, including purchase order management and invoicing
  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience
  • Proven contributor with extensive ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders, foster a productive team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications in English
  • Common IT and Microsoft tool knowledge
  • Project Management skills are a plus
