About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing Category team as an Assistant Product Manager – Outdoor Living. This role supports the development and project management of our Outdoor Living portfolio by coordinating across key departments and managing the end-to-end product development process - from concept to launch.

You will play a key role in market research, data analysis, supplier communication, and new product introductions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development and manage projects from supplier to launch.
• Prepare for and maintain New Product Development (NPD) meetings and areas.
• Manage and track product samples and budgets.
• Communicate stock order confirmations and handle product changeovers.
• Support customer research and competitor analysis to ensure margin expectations are met.
• Issue launch guides and coordinate product training with the sales team.
• Attend local/international exhibitions and supplier meetings to identify trends.
• Manage product data collection, attribute accuracy, and website readiness.
• Ensure accurate pricing and participate in pricing guide reviews.
• Maintain catalogue and product sample libraries.

• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Confident using reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, adaptable attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations is a plus.
