As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences that captivate and engage our audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. Your role will involve researching user behaviors, crafting wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring consistency in a cohesive design system. You must balance visual aesthetics with seamless functionality, providing an intuitive and memorable user experience. An adept understanding of current trends and emerging technologies is essential, as is the ability to iterate designs based on feedback and performance analytics. Your contribution will ensure our digital products are not only beautiful but also logical and user-centric.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback for design improvement.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new product features.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Guide the design process from concept to completion and iteration.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through data analysis and testing.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and design language across platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into projects.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and feedback.
• Analyze user interface challenges and design innovative, effective solutions.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes in a clear and compelling manner.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Participate in design review sessions and contribute to design roadmaps.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design.
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for collaboration.
