Business Process Management (BPM) Program Manager
What You’ll Become Part Of -

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in the Profectus programme. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and supporting the Process & Template Governance (P&TG) workstream, ensuring our business processes are delivered with precision, quality, and impact.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions will include:

  • Coordinating governance forums and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
  • Managing plans, risks, actions, and deliverables to keep the programme on track.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of process standards and quality criteria.
  • Driving team engagement through regular huddles, briefings, and communications.
  • Helping to deliver training and support on tools and best practices in Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and governance reporting.

What You Will Do –

As part of our Business Process Management (BPM) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting programme success through structured governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a wide range of PMO activities to ensure smooth delivery of BPM initiatives, including risk tracking, resource coordination, and setting up programme routines.
  • Ensuring consistent use of BPM tools and maintaining high-quality, standardised process models in line with our structured methodology.
  • Creating clear and comprehensive progress updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Capturing and integrating lessons learned to continuously improve our BPM methodology.
  • Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and programme impact.
  • Applying creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive innovation.

What We Expect From You –

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced professional who brings both technical know-how and strong leadership skills to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and developing medium to large teams in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building effective relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation, navigating complexity with confidence.
  • Solid project management experience, ideally with knowledge of CCEP’s Business Process & Technology (BPT) methodology.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, with an understanding of how processes interconnect across systems.
