We’re seeking a Product Adoption Manager to ensure our clients get maximum value from our platform, drive user engagement, and champion best practices across our customer base.

Role Overview


The Product Adoption Manager will own the end-to-end adoption journey for new and existing customers. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to onboard clients, define success metrics, deliver training, and continuously improve usage. Your mission is to accelerate time-to-value, boost feature utilization, reduce churn, and help our clients achieve measurable business outcomes with our software.


Key Responsibilities


  • Onboarding & Enablement
  • Design and execute a structured, scalable onboarding program for new customers (kick-off calls, platform walkthroughs, playbooks).
  • Develop tailored training materials (live webinars, video tutorials, step-by-step guides) to accelerate user proficiency.
  • Adoption Strategy & Metrics
  • Define adoption KPIs (e.g. login frequency, feature usage rates, time-to-first-value).
  • Track and analyze product usage data; create dashboards and reports to identify adoption gaps.
  • Proactively engage low-usage accounts with targeted campaigns and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to surface at-risk customers and craft adoption recovery plans.
  • Liaise with Product to feedback feature requests, UX improvements, and common user pain points.
  • Partner with Marketing to create adoption-focused communications (newsletters, in-app announcements).
  • Best Practices & Community Building
  • Establish and document best-practice playbooks for key workflows (audience segmentation, influencer discovery, campaign setup).
  • Host virtual user groups and office-hours sessions to share tips, answer questions, and foster a customer community.
  • Gather and share case studies of power users to inspire wider adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Solicit regular feedback through surveys, interviews, and NPS to refine adoption programs.
  • Monitor industry trends in SaaS adoption and customer education to keep our approach cutting-edge.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing or product enablement role, ideally in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of driving user engagement and feature adoption at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with usage metrics, SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Excellent communicator: you create clear, compelling training content and can deliver engaging live sessions.
  • Collaborative mindset: you thrive working cross-functionally and building strong internal relationships.
  • Empathetic problem-solver who can diagnose adoption blockers and develop creative solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and Customer Success software (Gainsight/ChurnZero).
