Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design intuitive, user-centered experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of the design process from research to execution, leading UX and UI work across key initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level designer who’s excited to explore crypto and blockchain. If you’re excited about working on cutting-edge technology and want to build the future of finance on a small, high impact team, this is the role for you!

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the head of product & design to create user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to the design of new features and improve existing product experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various product interfaces.
• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including web or mobile app interfaces.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Passionate about crypto, blockchain, and DeFi (experience in these areas is a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Range: $100K - $140K
