What is needed in this role:

Marketing Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience leading marketing projects from idea to execution. You’ll plan campaigns, manage budgets and timelines, craft customer messages (like newsletters or lifecycle communication), work with teams and agencies, and use data to improve results;
Strong Planning: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, keeping everything organized and consistent across channels;
Ownership Attitude: You take initiative, own your work, and push projects forward - always with business goals in mind;
Team Leadership: You know how to lead and motivate content teams, give clear direction, and keep collaboration flowing across different formats;
Language Skills: You’re fluent in both Lithuanian and English - written and spoken.
