Service Owner (Mobile Network Services)

My name is Antanas Vindašius and I lead the Network Quality Assurance team at Telia Lietuva. We are committed to securing quality and compliance in network service solutions and operations. Currently, we‘re looking for a team member to be in charge of perfecting mobile network services.

As Service Owner you will:

As a Service Owner, you will work directly with service, solution and system architects, network and IT DevOps teams, service assurance, customer support, business and product managers, project managers and fellow Service Owners to ensure service quality, continuity and compliance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Mobile Network Services - mobile data, voice, messaging, roaming
• Provide insights for service improvement, raise problems and manage resolutions proactively, review service quality
• Work closely with problem managers and area experts on problem root cause identification and resolution, manage escalations
• Lead operational readiness activities in preparation for major changes and commercial launches
  
  

Who we’re looking for:

The role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a solid understanding of underlying network technologies, service management, and DevOps processes, essential for thriving in large organizations. You will need strong activity management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and ask challenging questions to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, your communication skills should span various levels of abstraction, enabling you to engage effectively with both network delivery teams and business executives.

In addition to the above qualities, the following technical skills and experience are essential for success in this role:

• Experienced in ICT/Telco service manager, product owner, product manager, architect, or related positions and activities (at least 3 years)
• Knowledge and experience in 2G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT, VoLTE, end-user devices
• Basic knowledge and experience in ITIL/ITSM and agile ways of working
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mobile packet core, IMS, other core mobile network elements or radio access network is beneficial
• Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000 – 4560 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
