We are looking for an entry-level project manager in our Program Management Office (PMO) to maintain oversight of and prepare management information for one of our key strategic programmes within debt collection. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment and gain insight into working with strategic change at Danske Bank.
About Debt Management Development
Our goal is to offer ‘Debt Collection as a Service’, providing a seamless and supportive journey for customers facing financial difficulties. We are organised in a tribe (a group of squads with a shared vision and purpose) where business and IT professionals collaborate in a cross-functional setup. We believe in equipping squads to make informed choices to thrive in a dynamic and consistently evolving market environment. We are building the future debt collection solution, a cornerstone of Danske Bank’s ‘Forward ‘28’ strategy, focusing on digitalisation, data, and compliance to enhance customer support, processes and customer journeys.

You will:
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Support the execution and monitor progress of project plans, timelines and risk
- Coordinate meetings, preparing presentations for stakeholders and document outcomes
- Collaborate with our agile teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Provide administrative support, including data management and entry
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to enhance transparency of our program
- Relevant university degree, e.g. within business, engineering or similar
- Keen on building agile project management skills from the bottom through learning on the job
- Have a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
- Taking on practical administrative tasks within our Program Management Office to assist our senior leadership in overseeing one of the bank’s most highly prioritised strategic programmes
- Demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining overview and the ability to manage a versatile range of tasks
- Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
- Exhibit a willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Any relevant experience within project management, finance, debt management or a similar area are considered a plus but not a prerequisite
