INTERNSHIP - Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn about project management and coordination, Are you passionate about Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps? You will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that project milestones are met. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Assist in monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Coordinate with different teams to gather updates and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Document and track project risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) using Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
  • Learn to act as a Scrum Master (training provided) to remove team blockers and ensure Agile adherence.

Team Collaboration

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the organization of team meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Promote a collaborative environment and help resolve any team blockers.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation in centralized repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Assist in creating and managing project dashboards to visualize key metrics and progress.

Tool Management

  • Help maintain and optimize project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Train team members on the use of project management tools and best practices.
  • Assist in designing and implementing dashboards to track project performance.

Required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Basic understanding of Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum), and project management principles.
  • Interest in pursuing Scrum Master training (certification support provided).
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Preferred

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Interest in pursuing project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
