For this position, it is necessary to have a residence in Porto, PT

We’re looking for a Full-Stack developer to join a long-term hybrid project within a complex IT environment, working side by side with our Closer team. ☕

Fullstack Development

Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with Java Spring Boot (backend) and React (JavaScript) (frontend). ⚙️
Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend components.

Collaboration And Communication

Being a liaison between the Porto team and the Tech Lead in Paris, ensuring technical and functional alignment.
Participating in Agile ceremonies: dailies, plannings, reviews, retros.
Monitoring progress and helping to define sprint objectives.

Risk And Quality Management

Identify obstacles and propose mitigation strategies.
Implementing automated tests (Selenium or Cypress) and carrying out code reviews.
Managing application performance and scalability via OpenShift.

Mentoring And Support

Support the technical growth of the local team in Porto. ‍
Create a collaborative environment, open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.
Profile we are looking for:
+9 years of experience in Java Spring Boot and React (JavaScript)
+3 years in technical leadership roles
Experience in demanding environments and large-scale projects ️
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and functional teams ️
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar

DevOps: Jenkins, Git, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
