Your mission will be…

The Regions, LCB (Lead Country Bundles) and Countries are in the core of our SI HQ initiatives and activities which includes SI IT. Most of our IT solutions are developed to improve the efficiency of our regional forces, to stay competitive in their respective markets or to support their growth plans via digital solutions.

The Region Success Management function is to ensure that our countries do benefit from centrally developed or enabled IT solutions. This includes adoption of our standard platforms (Siemens IT and SI IT) as well as the adoption of our centrally developed applications.

Working closely with the IT Partners in the Regions and Countries (dedicated to SI or shared) and with the globally acting SI BU’s, the Region Success Management function provides services to ensure the effectiveness of standard IT and digital solutions based on harmonized processes and data standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be…

  • Support IT Partners with definition of holistic IT program implementation roadmaps
  • Implement adoption monitoring concept for all vertical applications of SI / BU's
  • Support resolution of adoption blockers involving the relevant functional and IT stakeholders
  • Support systematic capturing of as-is (legacy) and target IT application landscape in Lean IX to prepare for Sherpa X
  • Support IT Partners with creation of demands relevant for presentation in LPM-X Board
  • Support IT Partners with assessment of Local Fit requirements and drive the decision and implementation process including the engagement of the delivery units (SI IT VC/ Tech Hub)
  • Establish concept to create oversight and transparency about citizen developments in a country based on central platforms (jointly with service managers)
  • Support local IT Partners with digital maturity assessments in different functional domains
  • Reporting line: to the Head of SI IT Region Success Management

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT program management or IT business partnering within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT adoption, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Lean IX and LPM-X is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex IT landscapes and propose actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
