Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Head of Network & Telecom, your main responsibilities are to:
Ensure the implementation, proper functioning, maintenance and support of the network, telephony and videoconferencing systems.
Monitor network performance, troubleshooting technical issues and ensure security protocols are followed to protect sensitive financial data. Implement, support, maintain and monitor firewall infrastructure.
Handle daily events and problems which may occur in the network, telecoms and security and provide first and second level support.

Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a banking environment in Switzerland.
- Cisco data centre network infrastructure and Cisco Wireless
- Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration
- Cisco ISE, Firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN and Intrusion Protection Systems
- Load balancer BIG IP (LTM, APM and AWAF)
- Web security proxy and content filtering
- Strong understanding of IT security principles
- Recognized Cisco + Network/Security/Telecom certifications required
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex situation and make critical decisions. Flexible, polyvalent, with ability to deal with variable workload.
- Team player and ability to work with autonomy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Available to work occasionally outside normal business hours.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Resident in Switzerland
