Job Title: Head of Software Architecture

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-Time

Job Overview: As the Head of Architecture, you will define and implement the software architecture for our main product. You'll create an architectural roadmap, align technology transitions with business objectives, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the architecture for flagship products.
• Develop a clear technology roadmap.
• Establish frameworks for architecture governance.
• Liaise between CIO, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies.
• Design migration strategies to future state architectures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Communicate architectural plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technology management.
• Extensive knowledge of software architecture and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in architectural strategy development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and Agile methodologies.
• Background in Java/Oracle stacks and cloud SaaS environments.
