You will be part of a global marketing team and will play a crucial role in the successful execution of web projects and the overall digital strategy of our company. This role focuses on the technical and process-oriented aspects of web development management, ensuring that our web platforms are optimized, secure, and efficient. It requires a deep understanding of web technologies and a proactive approach to process improvement and platform enhancement. You must balance technical expertise with project management skills to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet our business objectives and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This role requires close collaboration with many stakeholders, from regional to global marketing and communications teams.

Your Role

  • Partner with development agencies to ensure timely and accurate updates, monitor deployments and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices in web development;
  • Responsible for activities related to website content development and management including content entry through the CMS, fixing bugs as needed;
  • Evaluate and support implementation of new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve website performance;
  • Support quality assurance and compliance efforts (cooperate with security teams to conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments, and implement necessary security measures)
  • Develop, produce and ensure cross-functional integration of web applications, websites

Your Background

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional work experience required with a proven track record of coordinating development projects
  • Expertise in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end development using technologies like ASP.NET Core, C# , PHP
  • Experience with popular frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, Bootstrap
  • Expertise with website standard methodologies, including information architecture/navigation, responsive web design, content formatting, cross-linking, metadata, and tagging

Good to have

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity of content management systems, Sitefinity, Drupal preferred or working knowledge of similar platforms
  • Understanding of design and UX/UI methodologies
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Piwik is a plus
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party APIs via web is a plus

Soft Skills Needed

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly reciprocal environment where flexibility and collaboration are needed
  • Fluent in English
