🎯 Görev ve Sorumluluklar:
- E-imza, mobil imza, zaman damgası, NES vb. teknolojiler konusunda iş ihtiyaçlarını analiz etmek
- BTK, TÜBİTAK, NES sağlayıcıları gibi dış paydaşlarla entegrasyon süreçlerini yönetmek
- Teknik ekip ile iş gereksinimleri arasında köprü kurmak
- Süreç akışları, kullanıcı senaryoları (use case), sistem davranışları gibi analiz dokümanlarını hazırlamak
- Regülasyonlara ve sektörel standartlara uygunluk konusunda danışmanlık sunmak
- Elektronik imza, dijital imza veya e-devlet çözümleri alanında en az 4 yıl deneyim
- Yazılım geliştirme ekipleriyle birlikte çalışmış olmak
- BTK, TÜBİTAK Kamu SM, ESHS (e-Güven, TürkTrust vb.) süreçlerine aşinalık
- Teknik dokümantasyon, BPMN/Flowchart, use-case hazırlama becerisi
- Tercihen SaaS ürün geliştirme deneyimi
