About The Role
We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead deployment automation, infrastructure optimization, and CI/CD excellence across our cloud and IoT platforms. If you're passionate about scalability, cost efficiency, and seamless developer experiences—let’s talk.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Automate deployments for critical apps and services across staging and production
- Support cloud cost optimization efforts with tools like AWS Cost Explorer & Trusted Advisor
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, IoT)
- Own IoT/device operations and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and vendors to unblock releases and improve system resilience
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure system uptime and rapid incident response
- Assist in security operations including vulnerability scanning, patch management, EDR/MDR tooling, and SAST/SCA support
- Document playbooks, improve runbooks, and streamline operational workflows
- 10–15 years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE roles
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services(EC2, RDS, IAM,EKS,KMS,ElasticSearch)
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, scripting (Bash, Python)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure troubleshooting and observability(Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible, EKS, Flux/ArgoCD
- Experience with IoT/device management(e.g., AWS IoT, Balena) is a big plus
- Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and incident response practices
- Knowledge of security operations, including vulnerability and patch management
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives by leveraging tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, and tagging strategies to monitor and optimize cloud spend
- Great communicator, collaborator, and proactive problem-solver
- Some exposure to AI/ML Ops tooling is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with developers, security, and product stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of ownership and accountability in fast-paced environments.
